ChampStart helps parents manage nursery admission planning, school discovery, application readiness, reminders, and account access. This policy explains what information is handled by the app and how it is used.
Information We Collect
- Account details such as parent name, email address, mobile number, and login information.
- Child and guardian details entered by the parent for admission planning.
- School preferences, application status, admission timeline details, and user-selected reminders.
- Documents or profile images uploaded by the user for admission readiness features.
- Basic technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
How We Use Information
- To create and manage parent accounts.
- To support school search, comparison, admission tracking, and document readiness.
- To send OTPs, account notifications, and admission-related alerts.
- To provide customer support and troubleshoot issues.
- To protect the app from abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
Payments and Ads
ChampStart offers one-time Plus and Pro admission-season passes where store checkout is available. Google Play processes Android purchases and the App Store processes supported iOS purchases, and ChampStart may retain limited purchase records such as the product, order reference, purchase status, and entitlement period to provide paid access, prevent fraud, handle support, and meet legal or accounting requirements. ChampStart does not receive or store complete payment-card or bank-account details from the stores. The app does not show third-party ads. See the Refund Policy for purchase and refund terms.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers used for hosting, OTP delivery, analytics, storage, or support, for app functionality and service operation, and for optional website ad measurement when you allow it as described below.
Analytics
ChampStart uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand app usage, including screens visited and feature interactions, and to improve service reliability and the parent experience. Analytics events do not include parent or child names, email addresses, phone numbers, exact addresses, uploaded documents, or precise location coordinates.
Website Ad Measurement
On public information pages, you can allow or decline Google Ads measurement. The Google advertising tag is not loaded until you allow measurement. If you allow it, Google may use advertising cookies, technical browser information, public page visits, campaign labels and advertising click identifiers to measure our campaigns. Personalized advertising remains disabled by this integration. Child and guardian forms, account details, documents and payment records are not sent by this website tag. It is not installed in the signed-in web application. This is separate from Android Firebase Analytics described above.
We remember your preference in this browser for up to 180 days using local storage. Use the Ad measurement preferences button at the bottom of a public page to change your choice. Declining after previously allowing removes accessible Google Ads cookies and reloads the page to stop the tag; it does not erase data already processed by Google. Global Privacy Control is honored by keeping this tag off. Blocking storage may cause the preference prompt to reappear. You can also clear website data in your browser.
See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Website visits and download-link clicks do not prove that a purchase occurred.
Security and Retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect account and admission information. Information is retained only as long as needed for the app, support, security, legal, or operational purposes.
Account Deletion
To request account deletion or data support, visit the ChampStart account deletion page or email support@schooladmissionassistant.in from your registered email address or include your registered mobile number.
Children
ChampStart is intended for parents or guardians managing admission planning. It is not directed for independent use by children.
